Bonjour Ladies,

Long time no see!
Last time I posted 4 month ago so season changed, our skincare products changed
and I guess everyone missed summer already…  (hope it’s not only me)

In Japan, actually many typhoon came so rained a lot but after typhoon
warm sun came out so surprisingly, it not cold as usual.

 

 

Since, middle of first corona big wave, I was stressed bc can’t go out like before.
Thus, I restart to do Yoga for my mental and body again.

When I do yoga, I don’t think anything. Instead, I feel what my body need and want.
So sometimes I move my body the way I feel just comfortable.

There are so many merit to do Yoga.
